Unable to apply ACL on VE Interface

Hello,We have some ICX 8200 Switches. I have built a couple of ACLs and VE interfaces on the switch. When I go to apply them to the interface, I do not get an "ip access-group" option. I do see this option on physical ports. I am not sure what I am missing here.Thanks for your help.

Ruckus suggested code upgrade method

A discussion in my office recently left me with some questions. I'm seeking guidance now. I've exclusively used manifest approach when code upgrading switches. I was told it do POE, code version, and boot (if needed for that model/code).I'm hearing a few say that simply copying the image does all this as well. My gut reaction is that this is incorrect. I don't think Ruckus would include the POE firmware in the image AND put the raw files in the zip-folder, but I've been wrong before. I'm curious what Ruckus suggests as the best/preferred code upgrading method.If it matters at all, we are primarily working with 7150 48ports

Issues performing a software recovery on ICX7150

Hello,I tried to follow the steps in this article https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-recovery-on-an-ICX7150-switch/td-p/47483. I'm connected to the switch, but no Port shows up. I've downloaded the drivers suggested, and it is still not fixing the issue.

v-SZE - Clients roaming & disconnecting issue - AP 510 & 550

Hi,I'm running into an issue with client devices which are roaming & disconnecting erratically in the interval of a single minute. On the user's end they see their streaming being interrupted. This happens throughout the day and night so it doesn't pinpoint down to a specific time.We run vSZ-E controller - Version7.0.0.0.726AP - H510 - Firmware6.1.2.0.850AP - H550 -6.1.2.0.850We have 2 campus, old and new. The old campus runs on mostly H510 and the new campus have all H550. The issue tends to be reported mostly from the new campus, and I have seen the events logs on a user's device roaming.What's different from the old and new campus is also the deployment of the APs. The old campus has 1 AP deployed in a block of 4 rooms. While the new campus has 2 APs in a block of 4 rooms.After encountering the issue I've made the below changes to the APs in the new block but the issue still persists:- Reduce Tx power to -3dB(1/2) on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz- Changed inactivity timer from 120 to 2400- Changed the BSS Min Rate on the WLAN to 12Mbps- RSS based rejection threshold is at -77dBmAre there any other suggestions? Should I look into decreasing the Tx power even more?谢谢您

Ruckus r760 to be used without controller

Hi,I would like to use 4 r760 APs in a 30000 sq ft layout. I want to use all in standalone without controller. Is it possible to use without controller because some commercial budget constrains.

Port on ICX7550 with sophos 2100 as Down

Hello Everyone,We have an ICX7550 and one of its interface to connect with Sophs XGS2100. Tried all possible option of speed speed-duplex with auto and manual to 1000mbps on far end. However it is still showing as down.Hardware/fibre cable is okay.
