ICX-7150-C12P Firmware Update Failing

Hello!I have an ICX-7150-C12P switch that is currently running firmware version 9.0.10e. I am trying to update it to the latest release or at least a release after 9.0.10e. I have tried updating with USB, TFTP, and through the GUI using both partitions and it consistently fails. I have tried every version 9.0.10f through 9.0.10j_cd4. I have also tried the SPS and SPR versions. The switch boots perfectly fine and runs the connected R710 AP without any issues. I can reboot the switch and it comes up as normal, but it won't update the firmware.

Please Help - At a Total Loss

I am the second owner of a Lennar home with Ruckus and in 4 years and many wasted hours have never been able to get it setup. I’ve isolated the ruckus network from my router and have hard wired my laptop to an access point to access the ruckus admin dashboard. I do not know the username or password and the default options do not work. I have reset the switch and access points many times and still am stuck here and don’t know how to move forward without being able to log in and there is absolutely no option available to me to retrieve or reset the username and password (no forgot password button, no support when I call). Please help - or is this whole system just garbage at this point?

Hi teamWe have the same issue on a controller smartzone 144 version 6.1.2.0.441. Our wireless clients has the diffentes OS like a windows 11 and 10, IOS Apple Devices and MAC Devices, smartphones Android, but some wireless clients after the authenticated using EAP/802.1x - RADIUS and LDAP showing as "anonymus".Somebody know to fix the issue?

Failed Software Upgrade SPS08030h to SPR08095g

Hello, I tried to update the software on a ICX 7250-48 from sps08030h to spr08095g. The upgrade failed and now I'm getting the messages below. What can i do to recover the switch with a working image? R550 POE port dual power
