Access Point doesn't recognize Switch

We've got a problem, when we try to connect a new switch to our Ruckus R320.Up until this point, we've been using a 3com switch, but when we tried using Netgear M4300-24X (XSM4324CS), it refused to work. Ruckus doesn't seem to recognize the device. Both of these switches work perfectly with different networking devices. We use a PoE charger on the way to the Ruckus, but no additional controllers.Does anyone have any ideas as to why this setup wouldn't work?Netgear M4300-24X doesn't work when plugged into Ruckus R320, but it does work with different Access Point.Firmware version: 200.8.10.3.278

Mirroring Port Disable Command

How do you disable mirroring after you have captured what you needed? I cannot find the command to disable the mirroring anywhere.Thank you,Mike

R710 Missing local SSL Certificate

Hi All, I tried to join R710 to ZD1200 but AP keep reboot. R610 is continuously rebooting after upgrade upgrade

HiI have 3 APs - R610, recent software upgrade to200.15.6.212.20. One of the APs is not joining the mesh and it is continuously rebooting. It looks like it is getting connected on the network and trying to join the Mesh. I get this message when connecting to its IP address:"Building the Unleashed Network. It may take a few minutes."Then, it reboots again. I tried to reset it many times, but it keeps into continously reboot cycles. Any ideas on how to fix this.

Large Enterprise - Apple Devices and AirPlay

Hi! We are experiencing a few challenges with the AppleTVs and AirPlay in our buildings since transitioning to Ruckus (from Aruba, where we did not experience these issues). We typically have 75-100 AppleTVs per building.1). Multiple AppleTVs appearing in the AirPlay list (previously it was those just in the general vicinity). 2). AppleTVs taking a long time to appear in the AirPlay list (some AppleTVs can take up to 60-90 seconds to appear).3). Random disconnects when using AirPlay.4). Random disconnects with devices on wireless (device does not matter - iPad, MacBook, Chromebook).I reached out to Apple Support regarding the multiple AppleTVs appearing in the list issue, as we encountered this previously in our Aruba setup, but were able to resolve it with a setting change to mDNS. Apple suggested that the issue was likely due to Aruba having a Bonjour/mDNS filter that blocked Apple TV advertisements and mentioned that Ruckus should have a similar option.Any suggestions and/or best practices with Apple devices and AirPlay using Ruckus Wireless?
